Retaining Walls

Wall construction built around proper bases, compacted layers, and long-term stability.

Retaining wall projects are built around correct base prep, compacted layers, careful leveling, and a plan for how the wall will improve the property as a whole. Precision Property Works, LLC builds walls that support grade changes, manage outdoor space better, and create a cleaner finished landscape.

Base Preparation

It is critical to dig and level an appropriate base, then compact materials in layers to get them as dense as possible before the wall goes up. That prep work is what allows the wall to support weight, resist settling, and hold its line over time.

Load-Bearing Construction

The first layer of wall block often sits halfway or entirely into the ground. Getting that first course level ensures the rest of the wall performs correctly and keeps the finished structure consistent from one end of the project to the other.

Natural Stone and Boulder Options

Boulders and natural slabs can also be effective, often offering a more natural look and an affordable option for anchoring retained soil. They can be especially useful when the goal is to blend the wall more naturally into the surrounding landscape.

Walls That Improve More Than One Problem

A retaining wall can do more than hold soil. It can define outdoor rooms, recover usable yard space, improve transitions between elevations, and support nearby patios, walks, lawns, and planting areas as part of a larger landscape plan.
